Catherine Bishop
General manager

Catherine joined Burgundy in March 2025.
With a passion to serve and a people enthusiast, certified in Administration and Management with a CEO Executive Award behind her name plus many other, she brings her skills to our team.
Catherine is a highly driven individual who works on delivering at optimal performance not only to clients but to her staff.
Catherine is task orientated yet grounded in getting the work done
Lecretia Loff
Front of House manager

Lecretia has been with Burgundy restaurant since 1992
She started off as a waitress, but has been the Front of House manager since 2012. She is well known around South Africa as the face of Burgundy restaurant. She brings a calmness among staff members and well respected in Hermanus.
Behansa Sauls
Front of House manager

Behansa has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and with Burgundy since 2014 as Front of House manager. She is a passionate individual with wonderful people skills.
Debbie Wentzel
Admin manager

Debbie has been with Burgundy restaurant since 1988.
She started off as a waitress, later became front of house manager and for the past 15 years she has been the Admin manager. She is well loved in Hermanus and known for her good people skills, as well as good systems back of house.
Estelle Immelman
Food and Beverage manager

Estelle joined the team in August 2023 and is responsible for all food and beverage. She has a B Sc Physiology and B Hons Biokinetics. She has 20 years of managing businesses. She is self-driven and task oriented. She is always friendly and well respected between fellow staff members
Diana Pick
Executive chef

Diana graduated from Warwick chef school in 2002 and worked at Grootbos, Marine Hotel, Creation wines and has been with Burgundy since 2010. She has a lot of experience and is also part of the food and beverage management team
Lynette Bissolati
Assistent Front of House manager

Lynette joined the team as a waitress, but were quickly promoted to assistant FOH since 2023. She always has a smile on her face. She has excellent leaderships skills.
Liezel Lakay
Head chef

Liezel started as a young commis chef in 2009 at The Posthouse in Greyton. She joined the Burgundy kitchen in 2010 and was later promoted to senior chef on the pass. She is now the head chef and assist with stock, ordering and run the kitchen's hot pass
